Description
My husband and I were visiting my family on Vancouver island and my brother took us out on a logging road to look for some chanterelle mushrooms. Once we had picked some, we took a road he hasn't driven on yet, and that's when we saw an owl swoop down in front of us. It was raining on and off, and quite dark in the forest, but I managed to sneak a few photos of the owl as it sat in one of the trees beside us in the truck.
